Knit Clinic

Need some help with a project? Not quite sure how to fix a mistake? Would like to be shown a new technique?

Then Knit Clinic is for you!

This 2 hour session, run by Tamaryn, is perfect for those who need some quality time with a highly experienced knitter in order to learn the skills to help them complete their knitting project.

Bring along your knitting, and during the session Tamaryn will teach and guide you, showing you whatever it is you need to know to turn that work in progress into a beautifully finished knitted item.

A little bit about our amazing teacher: Tamaryn has been knitting for over 15 years. She knits a wide variety of accessories, toys, and garments. She developed a particular love of the double knitting style, which has given her a great range of experience in reading colourwork charts, basic construction techniques, and pattern design.

Things to note:

• Knit Clinic session times are from 10am until 12pm on Tuesday mornings.
• Places are limited, so bookings are a must! If you can no longer attend, please let us know so that someone else can join in the fun.
  
• Cost of each session is $20.
  
• Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule your spot, please call the store to discuss.
• Feel free to byo coffee + tea. But, we don't have kitchen facilities for use so please try to be self sufficient.
• We do have a wheelchair friendly bathroom. Just give us a heads up beforehand if you need wheelchair access, and we can clear an easy path to it (we have too much yarn out the back!)
  
• We won't be keeping waiting lists for spots - please keep an eye on the website for availability, particularly the morning of the session if we have had last minute cancellations.
  
• We provide a positive, inclusive and welcoming space in our shop, and we expect our amazing customers to do the same :)
