Got questions? Maybe we already have answers :)

Q: Stage 4 restrictions are here, are you still open??
A: We are currently trading online only, but with click & collect, bike deliveries and postage. We are following the latest guidelines closely, and that means no in store browsing of any kind, sorry.

If you need a hand placing an order, just give us a call during our opening hours and we can help you out or place payments over the phone.

Q: What are your Bike Delivery suburbs?
A: We are currently delivering to: Brunswick (including East and West), Carlton North, Princes Hill and Fitzroy North.

Please note that bike delivery is available on order $20 and up.

Q: Who does your deliveries?
A: At the moment Em's mum Cathy has been pedaling your orders around the neighbourhood. She's loving seeing your excited reactions to your parcels, so feel free to say hi to her!

Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: We now offer flat rate $9 shipping via standard Australia Post, or $12.50 for express. But, for orders $200 and over standard shipping is FREE!

Currently we only ship within Australia.

Q: Do you do gift vouchers? How do I purchase one?
A: Just check out our Voucher page here.

Q: Can I order yarn as a gift for someone else?
A: You betcha! Just enter a different shipping address to the billing address, and we will send them a delivery slip without the pricing. And if in doubt, just leave us a note on your order.

Q: I'm a total newbie, where do I start?
A: Good on you for taking up a new craft!

A great place to start is using some 8ply yarn like this one with 4.00mm straight needles or crochet hook. Or if you're after something thicker, this Chunky yarn with 7.00mm needles or hook.
Or better yet, grab a kit!

There are loads of great knitting and crochet videos online, but we've put some of our favourite beginner ones together here.

Q: Do you have any free patterns?
A: We sure do! Our store's owner, Emily, writes up basic knitting patterns in her spare time (not that she has much these days!). You can find them on Ravelry over here.
