Lino

Linen at its best! Lino is a linen yarn with a bit of character, and will continue to get even better with wear. It feels rustic in the ball, but once you wash it it transforms into this beautifully drapey fabric that has a subtle sheen.

This yarn has a very varied tension, and could be knit fairly fine, or very loose, so we'd recommend looking at patterns for 4, 5, or even 8ply yarns. It comes in a range of fun colours and is suitable for hand knitting, crochet, weaving and machine knitting. The more linen is used, the softer and more beautiful it becomes, and we would recommend it for loose and drapey knits like beach cover-ups, fine summer tees, and lightweight sweaters.
